Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank celebrates its 20th anniversary.

((Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 17th in Vinh City, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank solemnly celebrated its 20th anniversary (September 17th, 1994 - September 17th, 2014).

The attendees included: Members of the Central Committee of the Party,Bui Quang VinhMinister of Planning and Investment; Phan Dinh Trac - Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen The Trung - Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization; and Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Thanh - Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Representing the province were: Comrade Ho Duc Phoc – Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of provincial departments and agencies, and former provincial leaders.

Over 20 years of continuous effort and development, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank has leveraged its potential and advantages to achieve strong growth in the banking sector. With the motto of maintaining integrity for development, its capital has consistently grown steadily over the past 20 years.

From an initial capital of 20 billion VND, the bank's charter capital has now reached over 3,700 billion VND and will increase to 5,000 billion VND by 2015. To achieve this growth, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank has consistently adhered to the principle of not prioritizing profit, focusing instead on investing in agriculture and rural areas, especially in the application of high technology in agricultural production. The Minister of Science and Technology delivered a speech at the commemoration ceremony.
