(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 1, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union organized a training course for union officials of universities, colleges, vocational training schools and vocational training centers.

This year's Youth Union - Young Pioneer training course attracted 250 trainees - the core team in the Youth Union - Young Pioneer movement from universities, colleges, vocational and professional secondary schools across the province. Trainees will be trained on topics on "portraits of leaders" to train Youth Union cadres in schools on leadership skills in games and collective activities; Youth Union cadres will also be trained on knowledge and skills in the topic of Gender Equality Law, gender mainstreaming in Youth Union - Young Pioneer activities in 2014.

The training program will provide practical knowledge and skills for school union officials in organizing and implementing union and association activities, helping union and association officials gain more working methods and skills, and organize activities well, contributing to building the increasingly strong youth union and student union movements.
