(Baonghean.vn) - On July 2, the Youth Union of Dien Thanh Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with the Party Committee and Executive Committee of Hamlet 8, Dien Hai Commune (Dien Chau) to visit and give gifts to encourage 2 disadvantaged students in the educational area to overcome difficulties in studying in Hamlet 8, Dien Hai Commune.

Dien Thanh Border Guard Station Youth Union gives gifts to Le Hoang Anh

They are: Le Hoang Anh, a 9th grade student at Dien Hai Secondary School; and Le Van Thong, a 2nd grade student at Dien Hai Primary School (Dien Hai, Dien Chau, Nghe An). The Youth Union of Dien Thanh Border Guard Station presented 2 gifts including notebooks and school supplies (each gift worth about 300,000 VND) so that the students can study in the summer. This is an activity within the program "Helping children go to school" of the Youth Union of Dien Thanh Border Guard Station, mobilizing youth union members in the unit to volunteer to donate, and at the same time, it is an activity in response to the 2014 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign launched by Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and Nghe An Border Guard Youth Union for poor students who have overcome difficulties and are sponsored by the Youth Union.
