Therefore, labor export is always an attractive field for many people. As a profitable field, with great appeal to the majority of rural residents, many companies and businesses participate, bringing in a lot of profits. From here, many complicated problems arise, making the labor export field potentially risky for workers. However, in the current situation, labor export is still a path that many people hope for, trust in, and is where the dream of escaping poverty and becoming rich of many families is realized. Therefore, the responsibility of state management agencies in this field is to create a healthy environment for labor export to become a spearhead of the country's economy.

The first thing to do is to establish a stable and long-term labor market. To do this, it is necessary to turn Vietnamese labor into a prestigious brand in regions and territories with high demand for foreign labor. This includes improving the quality of skills and raising awareness of compliance with labor discipline and the laws of the host country. First of all, it is necessary to ensure that all workers are trained in a profession suitable to the conditions, capacity of the workers and the requirements of each labor market in the countries receiving Vietnamese workers before exporting. Along with vocational training, it is necessary to train foreign languages for exported workers. Depending on the labor market, choose to teach foreign languages appropriately. Because only a team of skilled workers, with foreign languages, and with an industrial style can create prestige in the international labor market in the integration mechanism. A leader of the Overseas Labor Management Department concluded: “To increase the number of workers going abroad to work, we must strengthen the selection and training process very carefully. To ensure good quality of workers, we need to ensure three factors: vocational skills; foreign language proficiency; and experience and working style.”

At the same time, it is necessary to raise awareness of compliance with the laws of the host country and national pride for workers. So that they do not "break the fence" and jump out to work illegally, damaging the reputation of Vietnamese workers as before. In addition, it is necessary to equip workers with basic knowledge of culture, customs, and laws of the host country to help workers easily adapt to the new working environment. These are very important things that need to be done immediately because most of our country's exported workers come from rural and mountainous areas. Their cultural level, professional skills, and ability to absorb are still low. Especially in the current situation, the export market is making quite favorable changes. Some traditional markets such as Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Korea, and Eastern Europe continue to have high demand for workers, tens of thousands of Vietnamese workers will have the opportunity to work abroad. New markets have also shown positive and optimistic signs.

That is the door to receiving qualified Vietnamese workers is gradually opening in developed countries. Specifically, the pilot program to send nurses and caregivers to work in Germany and Japan is being implemented quite smoothly. The Middle East region has signs of recovery for workers in the construction and service industries... In addition, Saudi Arabia has just announced a plan to expand its human resource recruitment by importing workers from nine new countries to meet the needs of the domestic labor market, including Vietnam. In the coming time, Vietnam's labor export industry will continue to prioritize and promote sending qualified workers and trained workers to work abroad and expand activities to open new markets such as: Australia, Canada, Bahrain, Angola, Thailand...

Therefore, the most urgent thing at this time is to urgently improve the quality of exported labor in terms of both skills and labor awareness and compliance with the law.
