The My Dinh Stadium area was the busiest. However, the number of ticket scalpers outnumbered the buyers. The scalpers constantly solicited passersby, even going out into the middle of the street to invite customers to buy. Whenever a car stopped to ask for the price of a ticket, the scalpers rushed in.
