The villa has an area of over 100m2, surrounded by a garden and airy surrounding space.

In the current success of U19 Vietnam, coach Guillaume Graechen, nicknamed Giom, plays the role of chief architect. Having been associated with Bau Duc's HAGL Arsenal JMG academy since 2007, coach Giom considers this as his hometown. He and his small family have settled in a villa on the outskirts of Pleiku City, Gia Lai.

Having been with the first-generation players of the academy since 2007, Coach Guillaume Graechen is not only a teacher but also a father to the players. Mr. Giom is highly appreciated by Mr. Duc for his professional ability, love for the job, heart for children and straightforward personality. His work with Cong Phuong, Xuan Truong, Tuan Anh, Dong Trieu... - the players who are stirring the hearts of millions of fans - not only teaches football but also guides the students' cultural studies and behavior according to the academy's standards.

Because he understands each of his players so well, when he had the idea of a psychologist for the team, he thought it was unnecessary because he understood his students after 7 years of working together. The spirit and fighting spirit of the players on the field was the answer. After victories as well as defeats, the U19 Vietnam players always maintained a balanced mental state, played with high spirits, without any signs of distraction or negligence.

Like his students, Coach Giom has shown himself to be more mature and sharper in his tactical thinking at every moment and in every match. He has blended the academy players with players added from other centers such as Van Long, Tien Dung, Quang Hai, etc. into a strong team. After more than a year of coaching, U19 Vietnam has won the right to play in three finals.

Impressed by the expertise and character of coach Giom, Mr. Duc convinced him and Arsenal to agree to let coach Guillaume Graechen stay with the academy for another 7 years, until 2021. Because according to the regulations of the Arsenal JMG academy, after 7 years there will be a rotation of coaches. With more responsibility, showing good ability, Mr. Duc not only kept him but also increased his salary. With talented people, Mr. Duc has never let them suffer.

After 7 years in Gia Lai and marrying a Vietnamese woman, Ngo Thi Loan, Mr. Giom decided to build a home. The villa for the couple and their two lovely children was completed last summer after nearly a year of construction. The villa has an area of over 100 square meters, surrounded by a garden, airy surrounding space, located on the belt road, on the outskirts of Pleiku City.

Coach Giom’s wife, Ngo Thi Loan, is the “foster sister” of the academy. The two met and got married in 2009. In 2012, the French coach and his wife welcomed their first son and named him Leito Graechen (Vietnamese name is Phi Long - named to remember the year of birth Nham Thin). In August 2013, the couple welcomed another “princess” named Melita.

Coach Guillaume Graechen was born in 1977 in Vernon (France). In 1993, he started his football career with Dijon Club. He played football for 14 years, going through many clubs such as Dijon, Angers, Sedan, Romorantin, Imply Decize... before moving to become a "satellite" to hunt for talented players for former French player Jean Marc Guillou. Through this character, Coach Guillaume Graechen was known by Arsenal Coach Wenger and introduced to Mr. Duc.

In V-League 2015, Coach Giom will be the head coach of HAGL Club to work with his students in U19 to "carry out their historic mission with Vietnamese football" as Mr. Duc said.
