Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of communes and towns, heads of units, and heads of sub-committees for flood and storm prevention and control are requested to continue to implement measures to notify owners of vessels operating at sea of ​​the location, direction of movement and developments of the low pressure area so that they can proactively avoid, escape or not enter dangerous areas. Monitor and count vessels operating at sea, closely manage the departure of vessels and maintain regular communication with vessel owners, especially with offshore fishing vessels. The Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Prevention and Search and Rescue of Quynh Luu district coordinates with Border Guard Station 148 - Quynh Thuan to regularly contact vessels operating at sea to inform them of the developments and direction of the storm so that vessels can proactively avoid it. At the same time, organize forces to coordinate with communes to guide the arrangement, anchoring, securing and have plans to protect assets for vessels returning to the port to avoid collisions and damage.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move west, then change direction to west-northwest, traveling about 25-30 km per hour and is likely to strengthen further.
