Training on Public Investment Law and Public Investment Planning

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 28, the Department of Planning and Investment organized a training course on the Law on Public Investment, the Prime Minister's directives on developing a 5-year socio-economic development plan and making a 5-year medium-term public investment plan (2016 - 2020).

Overview of the training session

Attending the event were representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in the province. During the 1-day course, the trainees will be presented by officers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Department of Planning and Investment on the following contents: Law on public investment; Law on public investment and medium-term public investment plan; Law on bidding; Guidelines for making 5-year socio-economic plans 2016 - 2020. Along with these contents, officers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Department of Planning and Investment will also guide and answer questions about difficulties and problems in the investment implementation process of units and localities...
