At the age of 22, Trieu Thi Trinh raised the flag of uprising at Nua mountain (Thanh Hoa province). Here, Trieu Thi Trinh and her brother built a base, recruited insurgents to fight the Ngo invaders, and made many achievements.

Representative of the Department of Culture and Information awarded the certificate of recognition as a provincial historical relic.

Ho Huu Nhan was born in 1380 in Tho Doi Trang, now Quynh Doi Commune, Quynh Luu District. He was the nephew of the first-ranking scholar Ho Hung Dat. From a young age, he was famous for his intelligence and diligence, studying hard to hone his skills. Living in a situation where his country was lost and his home was destroyed, Ho Huu Nhan was not willing to accept the situation where his people were enslaved and oppressed. He and his brother Ho Han secretly practiced martial arts, linked up with friends, and waited for the opportunity to revolt. At the end of 1420, Ho Huu Nhan secretly went to Lam Son to join the insurgent army. He bravely fought many battles with the enemy. During the time of reclaiming land and establishing villages, Ho Huu Nhan spent money and rice to give villagers to build dikes to prevent salt water intrusion, and cleared land to create thousands of acres of fields in Quynh Bang, Quynh Minh, and Quynh Luong communes.

To commemorate the sacrifices of the two heroes who have contributed to the people and the country, the people of Quynh Bang commune built a temple and named it Phu Phong Temple. The feudal dynasties all had royal decrees to record their achievements, which are still preserved at the temple. Phu Phong Temple is also famous for its sacredness, ancient features and unique carvings. The fact that the People's Committee of Nghe An province granted a certificate recognizing Phu Phong Temple as a provincial historical relic is not only a testament to the dedication and contributions of our ancestors in the process of building and defending the country, but also contributes to enriching the traditional cultural history of Quynh Luu homeland. Through that, it arouses pride in revolutionary traditions and educates the love of the country for the younger generation.

At the ceremony, comrade Phan Thi Anh, Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Heritage Management, and Mr. Dang Minh Nam, Deputy Head of the Monument and Landscape Management Board, presented the Provincial Historical Relic Certificate of Phu Phong Temple to the officials and people of Quynh Bang commune./.
