Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee of Military Region 4 has led and directed party committees at all levels to do a good job of education and propaganda, clarifying the insidious and dangerous plots and tricks of the enemy's "peaceful evolution" strategy in the ideological and cultural fields.

The results of the awareness test were 100% satisfactory, of which over 84% were good and excellent; maintained a regular system of reporters, oral propaganda, exchanges, seminars, cultural and artistic activities, traditional meetings, young officers' forums, and young propagandists in over 2,400 sessions for 123,000 cadres and soldiers of units and people in the stationed areas; did a good job of Party building and rectification, internal political protection, complied with national security regulations, regulations on speaking and providing confidential documents. Party committees and political agencies at all levels strictly complied with regulations on press management, publishing, cultural and artistic activities, and Internet information, grasped the ideological situation and public opinion, resolved hot spots in units and localities, and promoted information and communication to refute wrong views.
