Overview of the ceremony

In 2014, the Party Committee, the government, organizations, authorities, and unions of Hoang Mai town have resolutely deployed, fought, and effectively prevented violations of the management and use of weapons, explosives, support tools, fireworks, and prohibited dangerous toys. The masses, agencies, organizations, businesses, schools, and armed forces have responded and actively participated in the fight, prevention, and mobilized people to voluntarily surrender. However, it has not been possible to completely prevent the trading, transportation, storage, and consumption of fireworks, explosives, and dangerous toys. The situation of setting off fireworks during the Lunar New Year still occurs, causing political insecurity and social order and safety in the locality.
