Training on emulation and reward work in 2014

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 31st and November 1st, the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board organized a training course on emulation and commendation work for 2014. Attending the course were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan – Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council, and Head of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board, along with representatives of commendation officials from various departments, agencies, and localities throughout the province.

Overview of the training conference.

During the training session, participants listened to presentations from officials of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board on the content of the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated November 16, 2013; Government Decree No. 65/2014/ND-CP dated July 1, 2014; Circular No. 7/2014/TT-BNV dated August 29, 2014 of the Ministry of Interior guiding the implementation of some articles of Government Decrees No. 42, 39, and 65; and regulations of the Provincial People's Committee. Simultaneously, officials from the professional department of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board guided participants on how to write reports on procedures and application forms for commendations (according to Government Decree No. 29/2012/ND-CP); guidance on implementing Decree No. 145/2013/ND-CP dated October 29, 2013 on regulations for organizing commemorative days; and the ceremony for awarding and receiving emulation titles and forms of commendation.

The training course aims to thoroughly disseminate the Party and State's guidelines and policies, as well as current legal regulations on emulation and commendation, contributing to raising awareness among agencies, units, and localities about the position and role of emulation and commendation work in the current period.
