The preliminary selection process was carried out in accordance with the procedures to ensure publicity, democracy, fairness, and create consensus among the people. 416 young people from 25 wards and communes and 16 agencies and enterprises in the area were mobilized to participate in the 2015 military service examination, thereby finalizing the number of young people with the receiving unit as 140 young people to join the army.
