Dead body found floating on the river.

(Baonghean.vn) - At around 6:30 a.m. on February 1st, on the Dao River section flowing through Ly Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, residents discovered a dead body floating on the water's surface.

The information was immediately reported to the local authorities, who, in coordination with the residents, organized the retrieval of the body from the water and issued a notice to find relatives. Initial identification indicated the deceased was a man approximately 55 years old, with no identification documents on him.

By 12 noon the same day, relatives of the victim, residing in Trang Son commune, Do Luong district, arrived at the scene to confirm the identity and cooperated with authorities to resolve the case and bring the victim back to their hometown for burial.

The victim reportedly had a history of mental illness, and it is highly likely that falling into the river led to drowning.
