The Hai Phong submarine has been loaded onto the Rolldock Star vessel.
According to the Russian news agency Interfax-AVN on December 12, the submarine HQ 184 Hai Phong was loaded onto the Dutch cargo ship Rolldock Star on December 11 at the port of St. Petersburg.

This news agency, citing sources from the Russian shipbuilding industry, reported that the Hai Phong submarine was towed to the mooring location of the Rolldock Star cargo ship and was loaded onto the ship on December 11th.
The cargo ship Rolldock Star is currently still at St. Petersburg port, preparing to depart for Cam Ranh (Vietnam), with a journey time of 6 weeks.
This is the third diesel-electric submarine that the Admiralty Shipyard in St. Petersburg has delivered to the Vietnamese Navy as part of a batch of six submarines that Vietnam ordered from Russia under a contract signed at the end of 2009.
Representatives of the Russian shipbuilding industry also told Interfax that the fourth submarine (HQ 185 Khanh Hoa) is also in the process of being prepared for delivery.

The first two Kilo 636.1-class submarines delivered to Vietnam were HQ 182 Hanoi (late 2013) and HQ 183 Ho Chi Minh City (February 2014), both transported to Vietnam by Rolldock cargo ships (Netherlands).
According to the website marinetraffic.com, on the evening of December 10th, the cargo ship Rolldock Star moved to a new location in the port of St. Petersburg (Russia), at the Ekateringopsky pier area. By the morning of December 11th, the ship had moved further to the Barochny pier, where it received the Hai Phong submarine.
