Accordingly, priority is given to enterprises producing and trading key products or strategic products of the province; enterprises with products that have been granted Certificates of registration for protection of trademarks, geographical indications, industrial designs; applying standards, technical processes and quality management systems according to national and international standards.

Support for businesses includes training support, knowledge and skills training on building, promoting, developing product brands and business brands; consulting on brand naming, logo design, building brand development strategies, promoting brands; supporting businesses in the fight to protect trademarks, products, and business brands when there are disputes or signs of trademark infringement. The total support cost for a business does not exceed 300 million VND.

The initial support level agreed upon was 2 cows for each poor ethnic household that migrates, cultivates, and settles.
