Announcement of decision to audit units in Nghe An province

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to determine the correctness, honesty and reasonableness of the 2013 budget settlement report and the budget figures for the implementation of the national target program on employment and vocational training in the 2012-2013 period, and to evaluate compliance with the law, economy, effectiveness and efficiency in the management and use of the budget, money and state assets, on October 6, State Audit Region 2 coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee to organize a Conference to Announce Audit Decisions in the area in 2013.

Chairing the conference, on the side of the State Audit was comrade Hoang Hong Lac - Deputy State Auditor General, on the side of the People's Committee of Nghe An province was comrade Thai Van Hang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Conference overview.

On this occasion, the State Audit announced the audit of 15 departments, branches, 12 districts, 9 project management boards, 3 state-owned enterprises. The delegations will audit the management and use of budget revenues and expenditures, state money and assets, compliance with laws, policies, financial management, accounting and construction investment regimes of the State. Regarding the audit of the implementation of the National Target Program and vocational training in the 2012-2013 period: the organization, direction and implementation of the program, compliance with legal regulations in the use and settlement of funding sources will be audited.
