Conference on personnel work of the Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the working program of the entire term, on the afternoon of February 6, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, term XVIII, 2010-2015, held the 19th conference.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the spirit of Instruction No. 26 dated August 18, 2014 of the Central Organizing Committee on personnel work at Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Congress of the Party. In that spirit, the conference discussed in depth the personnel plan for the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, Term XIX, 2015-2020; approved the plan for allocating delegates to the Party Congress of the Bloc; and sought opinions on the first draft of the Political Report to be submitted to the Party Congress for the term 2015-2020.

Accordingly, the Party Committee members must ensure the general standards of cadres as stipulated in the Resolution of the 3rd Central Conference, Session VIII, on the Cadre Strategy in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country. Regarding the structure, the requirement is to innovate not less than 1/3 of the number of Party Committee members compared to the beginning of the term and ensure the rate of rejuvenation of the team; ensure 3 age groups in the Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc thanked the comrades of the Party Committee of the Bloc, term XVIII, for upholding the sense of responsibility, frankness, sincerity and constructive consciousness to help the conference complete the proposed program and plan.
