Extracurricular activities providing reproductive health counseling for high school students.

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 4th and 5th, in Tan Ky district, the Population and Family Planning Department of Nghe An province organized an extracurricular program on reproductive health care counseling for students of Tan Ky I High School and Tan Ky III High School.

Through extracurricular activities aimed at providing information and equipping high school students with knowledge and skills in adolescent/youth reproductive health care, students will gain an understanding of love and friendship with the opposite sex, unsafe sexual practices, teenage pregnancy and its consequences, and sexually transmitted infections. This will enable them to adopt appropriate behaviors in reproductive health care, gender equality, and enhance their social skills and cultural conduct within the school environment, preparing them for life after graduation.
