Contents of the Decision:

Article 1.Amend point c, clause 2, Article 2 of Decision No. 42/2013/QD-UBND dated August 15, 2013 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on regulating the subjects, rates, collection methods, and percentage of road usage fees for motorcycles in Nghe An province, as follows:

"c)The remaining collected funds (92% for wards and towns; 85% for communes) are the responsibility of the People's Committees of wards, communes, and towns to remit 60% to the provincial budget and 40% to the Provincial Road Maintenance Fund.

Article 2.This decision will take effect 10 days from the date of signing.

Article 3.The Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Directors of Departments, Heads of provincial-level agencies; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns; and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
