Women in the first trimester of pregnancy

Pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy should not drink coconut water. After the first three months of pregnancy, expectant mothers can freely drink coconut water, and it's even considered a "golden" drink for pregnant women. However, they should only drink one coconut per day and avoid drinking it in the evening.

Things to keep in mind when using coconut water.

Coconut water should not be consumed excessively: avoid drinking more than 3-4 coconuts or drinking it continuously for many days.

You shouldn't drink coconut water in the evening (it can cause bloating).

Drink coconut water slowly (do not add ice or other chemicals).

After being out in the sun, drink coconut water little by little (avoid drinking too much as it can lead to symptoms such as chills, bloating, mild fever, or high fever).

When competing in sports, drinking too much coconut water can cause the limbs to feel weak, reducing the necessary stamina and quick reflexes.
