The victim's body was found on a deserted stretch of road leading to Hoa Beach.

Accordingly, the incident was discovered by residents at around 5:00 AM on February 20th on the road leading to Hoa Beach, Cong Village.In Hoa, Quynh Long commune (Quynh Luu district), the incident was immediately reported to the Quynh Long commune police and the Quynh Luu district police. The victim was a man, approximately 70 years old, wearing black pants and a military green shirt, with no identification documents.
