Hoang Mai: Truck crashes into bus.

(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 2:30 PM on December 22nd, a traffic accident occurred on National Highway 1A in Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town, involving a bus and a truck.

The bus was severely damaged.

According to eyewitnesses, at the time of the accident, a bus with license plate 14N-1128 was traveling from Vinh to Hanoi. Upon reaching Block 5, Quynh Thien Ward, the bus driver signaled to turn. While the bus was turning, a large truck with license plate 37C-09080, traveling in the same direction behind it, suddenly crashed into the rear of the bus. The impact caused the bus, which was in the process of turning, to crash into three businesses located along the highway. The bus only stopped after hitting another truck parked at a nearby house.

As a result of the accident, the bus was severely damaged, with the rear and front of the cabin dented and all the windows shattered. Fortunately, there were no passengers on board when the incident occurred. Three households along the road were terrified by the bus's crash.

Following the accident, traffic police from Hoang Mai town arrived at the scene to take measurements and investigate the cause of the accident.

The cause of the accident is currently being investigated by the authorities.
