On this occasion, Que Phong District Youth Union presenteda laptop worth 8 million VND, taken from the Border Island Love Fund contributed by the district's youth. This is an annual activity of the District Youth Union Standing Committee on the occasion of the National Border Guard Day and the Border Guard's Traditional Day.

Also on this occasion, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the district visited and presented gifts to the Border Guard Stations and families of border guards in difficult circumstances with a total amount of nearly 10 million VND. In addition, there were cultural and sports exchanges with the Border Guard Stations and Stations in the area to strengthen the military-civilian relationship, and encourage soldiers to always keep their guns steady to protect the peace of the Fatherland's border.
