Military Region 4: Launching training exercises in 2015

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 27th, the 4th Military Region Command solemnly held the 2015 training commencement ceremony. Attending the ceremony were members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Military Region Command, the heads of the four agencies, and officers, staff, and soldiers from the subordinate agencies and units.

Major General Dang Trong Quan, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Military Region, briefed the Military Region Commander on the 2015 training and combat orders. In 2015, the Military Region's armed forces continued to thoroughly understand the Party's military and national defense guidelines, and implemented the Central Military Commission's Resolution on training tasks in the new situation. Training continued according to the motto "Basic - Practical - Solid," emphasizing comprehensive and in-depth training; closely combining military training with political education. Training was conducted closely aligned with tasks, targets, locations, and actual combat situations with high intensity, prioritizing practical application. The focus was on improving the overall quality of combat strength, so that the Military Region's armed forces could always be ready for combat and achieve victory in all scales and situations.

At this year's training commencement ceremony, the 4th Military Region Command launched a high-intensity emulation campaign to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the complete liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country with the theme "Rapid - Decisive Victory".

Following the commencement ceremony for the training season, the Military Region's agencies organized lively martial arts demonstrations, group singing and dancing, and military games, creating a vibrant atmosphere of competition and motivating officers, staff, and soldiers to confidently enter the 2015 training season and achieve the best possible results.
