For over a decade, the Fast & Furious franchise has become a landmark in the action-racing film genre. Not only has it launched the careers of A-list stars like Vin Diesel and Paul Walker, and increasingly attracted other top action stars such as Jason Statham and Dwayne Johnson, but the films also provide speed enthusiasts with a spectacular array of supercars customized to offer exceptional performance.
The producers are confident that the seventh installment will be more impressive than all the previous films. In particular, the storyline and action sequences have been pushed to a new level, as the producers recently announced that, in addition to the traditional 2D version, for the first time in the series' history, Fast & Furious 7 will be released in 3D and 4DX!
Dennis McCarthy, the man behind the success of the Fast & Furious supercar lineup for over a decade, revealed: “All the cars are custom-designed, with the same 500-horsepower engine, and it takes up to two weeks to assemble and complete one. Not only does it provide abundant performance, but using a common engine makes on-site repairs much easier, especially when you’re filming an action movie with constant chases and explosions.”
In the recently released trailer, viewers get a closer look at the array of high-performance cars, featuring thrilling races and spectacular chases, such as Toretto's group parachuting from over 1,000 meters in their supercars or Toretto speeding between two skyscrapers to escape…
