Dien Chau: Election to fill the vacant position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 16th, under the chairmanship of Comrade Tran Van Cuong - Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Council, the Executive Committee of the Dien Chau District Party Committee, 29th term, 2010-2015, held its regular quarterly meeting for the first quarter of 2015 to address personnel matters and implement several key tasks.

Attending the conference were Comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan - Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; and representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.

Comrade Tran Van Cuong - Secretary of the Dien Chau District Party Committee - chaired the meeting.

Based on the planning and through various rounds and channels of personnel nomination at expanded conferences, Executive Committee meetings, and Standing Committee meetings of the District Party Committee with high consensus; and with the approval of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the District Party Standing Committee organized the nomination of personnel to be elected to the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee.

At the conference, the District Party Committee elected Comrade Tang Van Luyen - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee in charge of economics - to the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Dien Chau District Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term. Also at the conference, the District Party Committee introduced Comrade Ha Xuan Quang - Director of the District People's Procuracy - to the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee.

At the conference, the District Party Committee also outlined several key tasks for the second quarter. These included focusing on leading and directing the successful pilot congresses in the three Party Committees of Dien Hai, Dien Thanh, and Dien Cat, and drawing lessons learned to implement the mass congresses throughout the district. Simultaneously, preparations were made regarding political reports, personnel, and propaganda work before, during, and after the Party congresses at all levels.

Furthermore, Party committees, government agencies, and the entire political system need to focus intensely on directing the implementation of targets and tasks to ensure the highest possible achievement of the targets for the 2010-2015 term.
