A mysterious version of the Toyota Corolla has been revealed.
A Corolla with a distinctive appearance has appeared in several Toyota safety technology demo videos, and may soon be available on the market.
Compared to regular Corolla versions, the new car has a sharper and more elegant front end with a narrow grille featuring a single chrome horizontal bar connecting to the sharp headlights. In addition, the front bumper is also significantly different. Meanwhile, the rear features new taillights with a premium design.

So which version of the Corolla is the new model featured in the Safety Sense safety technology demonstration video? Currently, two theories exist: it could be a new hybrid version, or a mid-cycle facelift, aimed at keeping the Corolla competitive against newer rivals. Toyota declined to comment and has removed videos showing the new Corolla from its European website.
