Emphasizing the meaning that “Fighting against smuggling must be considered a struggle and must be won because it affects production, competition, and people's lives”, the Chairman of the National Assembly suggested that it is necessary to strengthen the prevention force, especially the Market Management force. This force must be unified to be strong and capable, but must be clean because in reality “there is quite a lot of help and collusion”.

The fight against smuggling and counterfeiting of goods needs to change. We must see results by 2015. Because if the problem is so complicated, there is no way to develop. “This is a responsibility to the people,” the National Assembly Chairman emphasized.

Regarding the development of supporting industries, Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung affirmed that supporting industries still have many weaknesses and have not been successful, and this is a factor affecting import and export leading to a trade deficit. Considering that "This is a big problem", the Chairman of the National Assembly suggested that the Government needs to be more decisive in investing in this field. There are necessary policies to promote and create favorable conditions in terms of environment, policies as well as investment for supporting businesses to develop. A decree is needed immediately to have an immediate impact.

“Samsung currently mainly imports equipment and materials for export. Textiles, footwear and leather imports are very large. The trade deficit ratio with neighboring countries, especially large neighboring countries, is 2/3 import, 1/3 export. Whether there is dependence or not, whether there is independence or not depends on the supporting industry.”

Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to seek opinions from scientists "to hold a conference to discuss and propose solutions".

Regarding price stabilization management, we must implement the price law well, stabilize essential goods associated with people's lives. We cannot let the situation happen that "In the past, when the price of gasoline increased, the price of a haircut also increased, the price of a bunch of vegetables also increased. Now the price of gasoline has decreased but the price of transportation has not decreased, and the price of other things has not decreased either".
