Working group inspects factory construction progress |
The project to repair and upgrade the branch road connecting Trung-Binh-Lam road, invested by the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district, includes 2 main routes: Route 1 connecting from Nghia Trung, Nghia Binh and Nghia Lam communes to Hoang Mai road to Thai Hoa town, with a length of more than 1.4 km, scale of grade 5 road - mountainous area; Route 2, connecting from Hoang Mai town to Thai Hoa to Nghia Dan MDF wood factory, with a length of 2.8 km, scale of grade 3 road - mountainous area. The initial status of the 2 routes is dirt, the road surface is narrow and degraded, so capital has been invested to upgrade and expand, and the foundation has been basically completed. However, in reality, there are still problems with the site at some points on the route, leading to the contractor's construction being behind schedule compared to the original plan.

Video clip of Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien checking the progress of the traffic project in Nghia Dan:
.
After the actual inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Thanh Dien gave instructions: Nghia Dan district should focus on removing obstacles in land acquisition and clearance, and hand over the complete site to the construction unit this week. The contractor and construction unit should arrange all necessary machinery, equipment and human resources, speed up the progress, and meet the requirements. Before April 10, the bridge and culvert project must be completed, followed by the completion of the rolling, spreading and asphalting of the entire road by the end of May.
Assign Nghia Dan district to work directly with relevant units to ensure water supply for the factory, and to restore the residential road for people to pass outside the factory. It is expected that in April 2015, the MDF wood processing factory will start operating the trial line, and by May, products will be available for sale on the market. When the factory is put into operation, the daily traffic volume will be over 600 vehicles entering and leaving the factory. Therefore, speeding up the progress and completing the road connecting from Provincial Road 537 through Trung-Binh-Lam to the MDF wood processing factory is extremely urgent and necessary. In addition, the planned power grid system also needs to be quickly upgraded in the form of partners being given priority in electricity supply. It is necessary to survey and find a water source to supply the factory with water for long-term use. Urgently deploy the construction of housing areas for officials and workers so that when the factory is put into operation, workers will have stable accommodation.
