Mr. Lang Van Tuan - Chairman of Dong Van Commune People's Committee said: "Recently, thanks to the right economic restructuring, the economic growth rate is 13%. People have focused on effectively exploiting forestry, many models of receiving land to protect, plant forests and develop concentrated buffalo and cow breeding have appeared. In particular, implementing the new rural construction program, people of Dong Van commune have mobilized to dig, fill and level inter-village roads with a total length of more than 1,000 m".
