Nghia Dan district gives gifts to military units and policy families

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 25th anniversary of the National Defense Day, on December 17, Comrade Vi Van Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghia Dan district came to congratulate and present gifts to units of the 206th Tank Brigade.

The Secretary of the District Party Committee highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity and efforts to excellently complete the tasks of the officers and soldiers of the 206th Tank Brigade. The unit has regularly coordinated closely with local forces to do a good job of mass mobilization, maintaining political security, social order and safety, helping people prevent floods and storms, search and rescue, and actively contributing to the development of Nghia Dan district.

On this occasion, Comrade Vi Van Dinh also visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ngo Thi Tiep, in Binh Hai hamlet, Nghia Binh commune; visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Hong Loan, a 2/4 disabled soldier, in Tan Mai block, Nghia Dan town, and Mr. Ha Sy Que, a 1/3 disabled soldier, in Dong Tam hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune.

Comrade Vi Van Dinh expressed gratitude for the sacrifices of policy families and affirmed that despite many difficulties, the Party and government of Nghia Dan district always care about policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions. On this occasion, Nghia Dan district organized many delegations to visit and present gifts to military units, heroic Vietnamese mothers, and wounded soldiers in the area.
