Quynh Luu: Over 600 students receive college admissions counseling.

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the 2015 cooperation program, on the morning of April 5th, Vinh University, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, the Student Development Support Center of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, the Quynh Luu District Youth Union, and Quynh Luu 1 High School, organized the 2015 college admissions and career guidance fair for 11th and 12th grade students of Quynh Luu 1 High School.

Over 600 students from grades 11 and 12 of Quynh Luu 1 High School listened to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh, Head of the Training Department of Vinh University, introduce the university's training programs. In 2015, Vinh University offered 43 regular undergraduate programs, 31 postgraduate programs, 15 doctoral programs, and 13 programs for transferring from college to regular university programs. In addition, the university also offered part-time undergraduate programs and distance learning programs, employing nearly 1000 staff and civil servants. Following this, the students were informed by the Vinh University admissions counseling team about the regulations for the National High School Graduation Examination and the changes to this year's university and college entrance exams. They also received counseling and answers to their questions, ranging from application procedures to preferences, priority points, and subject selection.

Speaking at the counseling session, Mr. Nguyen Hai Thanh, Principal of Quynh Luu 1 High School, thanked the leaders, staff, and teachers of Vinh University for their attention to the school's students and hoped that through this counseling session, the students would be able to choose their own path. He also stated that Vinh University is one of the reputable and high-quality training institutions that they can confidently choose.
