Preparing for the 2015 militia training, based on the instructions and guidance from the superiors, the District Military Party Committee issued a specialized resolution to lead the implementation of training tasks; on that basis, the District Military Command and the Military Commands of communes and towns developed a specific implementation plan. One of the issues that the District Military Command paid special attention to was the training to improve the quality of teachers and direct training officers, considering this as one of the key factors to improve the quality of training for the militia and self-defense force.

The District Military Command has established 3 delegations of cadres to approve military training and political education curriculum. In order to check the curriculum drafting and training methods of the teaching staff and to check the system of training grounds and training tools prepared for the militia and self-defense units. Through this, lessons can be drawn from the weak points and weak points in time; and missing content can be supplemented so that the units entering training in 2015 will achieve high quality.
