(Baonghean.vn) - A woman riding a motorbike had just reached a red light when suddenly a car pounced on her and ran over her, dragging her about 5 meters. The impact was so strong that the woman had to be rushed to the emergency room in critical condition.

The accident occurred at around 6:45 a.m. on March 17, at the traffic light intersection between Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street and Le Nin Avenue, Vinh City, Nghe An.

At the above time, a woman about 45 years old was riding a motorbike with license plate 37K3 - 4321 (identity unknown) from Ho Chi Minh Square towards Vinh airport.

The motorbike was dragged under the car and was badly damaged.

When arriving at the above-mentioned traffic light intersection, a "monster truck" (tiger) with license plate 37C-092.68 (driver's identity unknown) coming from Hai Thuong Lan Ong street suddenly hit and dragged the woman's motorbike under it, pushing it about 5 meters.

The sudden crash and the tiger wheel crushed the woman’s abdomen, the motorbike itself was severely damaged. People present at the scene took the woman to the emergency room in critical condition.

After the accident, Vinh City Police and Ha Huy Tap Ward Police were present to investigate the cause.
