Training course for issuing certificates to Road Traffic Police Patrol Officers

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 17th, the Nghe An Provincial Police held the opening ceremony for a training course to issue certificates to road traffic patrol and control police officers.

Colonel Lu Van Tuong, Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police, delivered a speech at the conference.

Over a period of 5 days, 99 trainees from the police forces of Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh provinces will be instructed on several topics related to ensuring road traffic safety, such as: Circular 45 of the Ministry of Public Security on badges and certificates for road traffic control police; Circular 65 of the Ministry of Public Security stipulating the duties, powers, forms, and content of road traffic control by road traffic police; Circular 66 of the Ministry of Public Security on the procedures for patrolling, controlling, and handling administrative violations by road traffic police; Circular 76 of the Ministry of Public Security on the assignment of responsibilities and coordination in the investigation and resolution of traffic accidents by the People's Police force; legal regulations on signal devices for priority vehicles, escorting and traffic control related to road traffic control by the road traffic police force; and practical guidance on actions and commands to stop vehicles for inspection…

This training aims to ensure that newly assigned officers responsible for traffic control and handling administrative violations understand and correctly implement regulations regarding their duties, powers, content, and forms of traffic control; the procedures for traffic control and handling administrative violations by road traffic police; regulations on signal devices for priority vehicles; escort duties; and traffic management and control.
