One of the diplomats said Iran had "almost" agreed to cut the number of centrifuges by more than two-thirds and ship most of its nuclear fuel abroad.

Meanwhile, Western powers are considering the idea of allowing Iran to conduct limited and closely monitored enrichment activities for medical purposes at its underground Fordow facility.
Iran and the P5+1 group are currently studying potential agreements to break the deadlock in nuclear talks on March 29, despite officials warning that they have not yet reached an agreement and that it is difficult to overcome some differences./.
