After making a confirmation report, the commander of Battalion 2 contacted the Quynh Chau Commune Police Department to verify and found out that the owner of the wallet was Mr. Ngo Quang Anh - the owner of a local mechanical facility; the unit proceeded to return the wallet and property to Mr. Anh. "When I got home, I realized my wallet was missing. I searched for it but couldn't find it and thought there would be no chance of finding it again, because it contained a large amount of money that I had just paid for a project... Receiving the wallet back with all the money and documents intact, I was extremely impressed with the kindness of the soldiers" - Mr. Ngo Quang Anh confided.

Lieutenant Nguyen Huy Hoan was born and raised in Hamlet 4, Nghi Van Commune, Nghi Loc District. His wife is a contract kindergarten teacher, he has two young children and supports his elderly parents, and his family life is quite difficult. The fact that he picked up a large sum of money and tried to return it to the person who lost it is a commendable act, contributing to the beauty of Uncle Ho's soldiers.
