This program is part of the project "Improving the Quality and Effectiveness of Vietnam-Laos Cooperation in Education and Human Resource Development," jointly developed by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the Ministry of Education and Sports of Laos. Specifically, at Nghe An Teacher Training College, which was assigned this task by the Provincial People's Committee in 2002, the college has trained over 700 Lao officials and students in Vietnamese. Many of these students, after studying at the college, have become excellent professionals in various fields and serve as a bridge for friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
