In 2014, Hoang Thi Loan Textile Joint Stock Company completed the targets set by the 2014 Shareholders' Meeting and the 2014 Labor Conference. Specifically, ensuring jobs for 100% of employees with an average income of 4,960,000 VND/month, an increase of 108% compared to 2013. Fully implementing the regimes and policies according to the provisions of law for employees as well as regularly paying attention to resolving the regimes and policies of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.
Although the past year still faced many difficulties with complicated developments in the textile market, under the correct direction of the Board of Directors and the determination of employees to overcome difficulties, the company successfully implemented an in-depth investment project to increase production capacity with yarn output up to 113%, export turnover increased by 121.4% compared to 2013. The total investment implemented under the project was 40 billion VND, disbursed in 2014 was 24 billion VND, the remaining amount was implemented in the first quarter of 2015.
In addition, the company also repurchased the contributed capital of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company and Phu Bai Fiber Joint Stock Company at Vinatex Hong Linh Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 800,000 shares with a par value of VND 8 billion, accounting for 10% of the current charter capital of Vinatex Hong Linh Joint Stock Company.
