Previously, on the afternoon of April 1, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of Ky Son District Police successfully dismantled Project 1415VC, arresting Kha Thi Tham, residing in Chieu Luu Commune, Ky Son District, who was transporting 1 heroin cake weighing 3.5 grams, 2 mobile phones. This is a subject who has just been sentenced to prison and returned to her locality. In addition to that achievement, the Ky Son District Police force has also organized many attacks and suppressed crimes before, during and after the 2015 Lunar New Year, and has achieved some remarkable results: fighting and eliminating 5 drug retail points; investigating and solving 24 cases, arresting 35 subjects, seizing 4 motorbikes, 4 kg of firecrackers, 10.4 grams of heroin, 25 synthetic drug pills and many assets, with a total value of over 150 million VND.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Colonel Lu Van Tuong congratulated and acknowledged the achievements that the Ky Son district police had achieved, and at the same time asked the soldiers to continue to do a better job in protecting security and order in this difficult border district, ensuring security and order for Party congresses at all levels.
