The trees in Uncle Ho's hometown

(Baonghean.vn) - Many tourists visiting President Ho Chi Minh's birthplace have been amazed by the beauty of the ancient mahogany trees lining the road leading to his ancestral village of Lang Sen.

The row of trees, over 60 years old and stretching more than 1km, spreads its lush foliage, shading the entire road and giving us a feeling of tranquility and peace, both familiar and deeply sacred, when returning to Kim Lien (Nam Dan), the place associated with the childhood of President Ho Chi Minh. The trees stand as historical witnesses, waving to the people from all over the country and friends from five continents who come to his homeland.

At this time of year, the mahogany trees in Kim Lien are shedding their leaves, creating a unique beauty. Some yellow leaves gently flutter in the breeze; some clusters of fading green leaves seem to linger, clinging to time; and others, vibrant with youthful energy, reach towards the summer sun. The colors of the leaves and trees weave a captivating picture that easily enchants visitors from near and far.
