But this time, because there are many organizations and individuals who can write textbooks, and during the discussion with the National Assembly, they said, “Who dares to risk investing in writing a set of books that the Ministry does not approve?”. Therefore, the textbook outline is for authors to write outlines in advance, to save time, so that we can visualize and imagine the work in a general way. The outline is not approved, but we will give opinions on the outline. Saying it in advance like that reduces the risk and we also give opinions so that the quality of textbooks that have been commented on step by step will be better than if we only give opinions and criticize them at the end.”

Currently, along with the development of the overall program, expert groups have also begun to develop subject programs to keep up with the schedule. New general education textbooks will only be approved after the subject programs are available./.
