Receiving the Certificate of National Historical Relic of Dinh Tru Phap

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 26, in My Thanh commune, the People's Committee of Yen Thanh district solemnly held a ceremony to receive the national historical relic of Tru Phap Communal House, Hamlet 10, My Thanh commune.

The leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded the national relic ranking certificate of Tru Phap communal house to the leaders of My Thanh commune.

Many delegates and people of My Thanh commune attended the ceremony.

Tru Phap communal house is an ancient architectural work, with a construction history of more than 300 years. According to historical documents, the relic was built in the 18th century, having undergone many restorations and repairs, until now, Tru Phap communal house still basically retains the original state of the traditional architectural features of the Nguyen Dynasty. This is a spiritual cultural work of the people of Tru Phap village, built to worship the local tutelary god - the gods who have contributed to the opening of the land, establishing Tru Phap village, the gods Cao Son, Cao Cac, the mountain god, the rice god, the god of happiness according to folk beliefs. The process of formation, existence and development of Tru Phap communal house is also the history of the formation of Trang Ke - Tru Phap or My Thanh village today, associated with a turbulent period of national history.

Tru Phap Communal House is also a place to mark important historical events of the locality in the struggle for national liberation. During the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement of 1930-1931, the communal house was the place to hang the Party flag and gather the masses to prepare to march to the district capital to demonstrate and fight for power. During the years of resistance against the French and the Americans, the communal house was the place where meetings of the Yen Thanh District Party Executive Committee took place, especially the 3rd Yen Thanh District Party Congress in September 1948 and the stationing place of the 37th artillery unit, the 57th regiment, the Military Medical School of Military Region IV... After the war, the communal house was used as a warehouse for the cooperative... Currently, the communal house still preserves many ancient artifacts such as: incense altar, table, altar; dragon throne, tea tray, worship crane, wooden tray, incense bowl... with scientific and historical research value.

With its great cultural and historical values, Tru Phap communal house has been recognized as a national historical relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism under Decision No. 508 dated February 13, 2015. This is an important event contributing to preserving and promoting historical values ​​and traditional cultural identity of the local community.

After the ceremony to receive the Certificate, My Thanh commune held an incense offering ceremony, a sacrifice ceremony at the communal house and organized cultural, artistic and sports activities to create an exciting competitive atmosphere among the people.
