Fines for Quang Ngai ship operating on the wrong route

(Baonghean.vn) -Two fishing vessels operating illegally in the trawling industry in Quang Ngai have just been fined in the Hoang Mai sea area.

On April 21, the Nghe An Province Department of Aquatic Resources Exploitation and Protection and the Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station, while patrolling and controlling, discovered a fishing vessel illegally fishing in the Hoang Mai sea area, violating Decree 103 of the Government.

Quang Ngai fishing boats operating in the wrong direction were fined.

The vessels identified for illegal fishing in the Hoang Mai sea area include: QNG 92071 TS of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lai and QNG 92672TS of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh, both in Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province.

At noon on April 22, the authorities towed the two vehicles to Quynh Lap border station, Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai town to issue an administrative penalty document. According to the provisions of Point d, Clause 5, Article 10, Decree 103 of the Government, each vehicle was fined 24 million VND./.
