Training on Team work in residential areas

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 25, the Provincial Youth Union in conjunction with the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team organized a training course on Youth Union work in residential areas for grassroots youth union cadres across the province.

More than 200 team leaders in the province attended the training course.

Comrade Bui Van Vinh - Head of the Provincial Youth Union's School Youth Union delivered the opening speech of the training course.

The training program took place over two days with the following contents: Training skills in organizing children's activities; implementing folk dances, how to organize masquerade festivals, organizing game shows and organizing life skills education activities for children. The training programs for team leaders this year are new programs to raise awareness, knowledge, skills and professional expertise for the team of leaders in charge of children in residential areas. Also through this training course, the Provincial Team Council hopes that the Team organizations in residential areas will improve the effectiveness of organizing activities for children, creating useful playgrounds and a healthy educational environment for children in and out of school.

This year's content will be closely related to reality, suitable to the general characteristics of the region; focusing on practice and training organizational skills for staff in charge of children in residential areas.
