After consulting with and obtaining the approval of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Vinh City Youth Union, in coordination with Son Tinh district, Quang Ngai province, organized the purchase of watermelons from farmers in Son Tinh district (Quang Ngai) and brought them to Vinh City for sale with the message "Each watermelon - A heartfelt gesture," initially purchasing 30 tons.
