(Baonghean) - Nghe An Newspaper on April 17, 2015, through the Hotline Information section, reported that people living along Provincial Road 534 (from the bunker to Nghi Lam cow farm) reported: "Trucks carrying waste from Nghi Lam cow farm are not carefully covered, causing feces to fall onto the road, causing unsanitary conditions, affecting the landscape, environment and traffic safety. We request that relevant authorities investigate and handle the situation."

On May 5, 2015, Nghi Loc District People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 453/UBND-VHTT in response to the issue raised by Nghe An newspaper, with the following content:

After receiving the information reflected from Nghe An newspaper, Nghi Loc District People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 405/UBND-VHTT dated April 20, 2015 requesting the District Traffic Safety Committee, the District Police Chief and relevant agencies to urgently organize inspections and clarify the contents of the issues raised by Nghe An newspaper for timely handling. After organizing the inspection and directing the resolution, the District People's Committee reported the specific results as follows:

As reported by the people in Nghe An newspaper: At Nghi Lam cow farm, every month, the barn is cleaned and about 80 to 100 tons of manure is released and sold to people for agricultural production. The district traffic police team has coordinated with Nghi Lam commune People's Committee to work and assign responsibility to the cow farm management board to ensure environmental hygiene during the raising process as well as commit to vehicle owners to carefully cover the vehicles when transporting to avoid spilling them on the road, causing environmental pollution and unsafety for road users. However, through inspection, the district traffic police team also discovered and strictly handled a number of vehicle owners who did not strictly comply during the transportation process, and also let waste spill on the road and emit foul odors into the air.

Receiving feedback from the people, in recent times, the District People's Committee has directed the relevant departments to strengthen inspection work and require signing a commitment that specialized vehicles must be used during the transportation of liquids to avoid spillage along the road and release foul odors into the air. Strictly handle violations. Nghi Loc District People's Committee would like to thank Nghe An Newspaper for promptly reporting information, contributing to facilitating the District People's Committee in state management work in the area.
