Bustling mass art festival "Sangha of Sen village"
(Baonghean.vn) – In the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the National Lotus Village Festival, towards the 125th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2015), on the evening of May 17, at Ho Chi Minh Square, the Lotus Village Festival Organizing Committee held the mass art festival "Singing of Lotus Village".
Attending the festival, on the international side, there were Mr. Denchai Chaiya The - Chairman of the Cultural Council of Nakhon Phanom Province (Kingdom of Thailand); representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of neighboring provinces: Thai Nguyen, Thua Thien Hue, Binh Phuoc; leaders of Vinh City People's Committee and many people of the province.

The Lotus Village Singing Festival is a special cultural activity, expressing the sacred sentiments of the people of Nghe An province in particular and the people of the whole country, international friends in general, to offer to the beloved spirit of President Ho Chi Minh.

The mass art troupes brought to the festival songs and dances imbued with the cultural imprint of the Northwest mountains and forests, the poetic and profound beauty of the Central region of Hue, and the simplicity of the Southeast region. The singing and dancing performances were based on the pink lotus color, with the idea of turning towards Uncle Ho's hometown, Sen village - the common homeland of all Vietnamese people.

At the same time, it affirmed the steadfast friendship between the two countries of Vietnam and Thailand.

It is known that also on the evening of May 17, the mass art festival "Sang Lang Sen" took place at 3 locations: Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh City), Binh Minh Square (Cua Lo Town) and Nam Dan District. All activities were held on an outdoor stage, creating conditions for a large number of people to attend.
