Nghi Loc General Hospital: Proactively preventing MERS - CoV disease

(Baonghean.vn) - On June 11, Nghi Loc District General Hospital organized a training course on diagnosis and treatment of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome caused by Corona virus (MERS - CoV).

At the training, 180 officers and employees of the Hospital received all the contents of the Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) issued under Decision 3014/QD-BYT of the Ministry of Health.

Overview of the training session.

In particular, it focuses on the diagnosis of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV), treatment methods and ways to prevent MERS-CoV infection. Along with the training, Nghi Loc District General Hospital has also developed a plan to prevent this disease. In particular, the Hospital established a Steering Committee, a treatment team, an external emergency team, and developed a plan to mobilize resources to participate when an epidemic occurs, and some other important contents after the epidemic ends.
